Search help

The following operators can be used in a search query to logically relate your search terms. If the operators are used correctly, this results in a significant improvement in the search result.

"..." (Phrase search)
If you enclose a word or a word sequence in quotation marks, only matches with exactly this word or word sequences in the same order and form are found.
Example: "Ist der Arbeitnehmer nur teilweise an der Arbeitsleistung" --> finds exactly this sentence
-------------
NOTE
In order to find concrete decisions and / or legal articles, always use the search operator "..."
Example: "1C_144/2017" or "Art. 12 ZGB" --> finds exactly this decision / legal article
AND, &&
Only hits which contain all selected search terms and are linked to the operators (AND, &&) are displayed.
Example: recht AND ordnung recht && ordnung
-------------
NOTE
A blank between two search words is interpreted as an AND operator.
OR, ||
All hits containing at least one search term associated with (OR, ||) are displayed.
Example: recht OR ordnung recht || ordnung
NOT, -
Only hits which contain the selected search term with the preceding operator (NOT, -) are displayed.
Example: recht NOT ordnung recht -ordnung
?
